Madjid Kübler took a diploma degree in maths & economics in 1986 at Albert-Einstein-University Ulm.
Before his acquisiton of TEAM CONSULT he has worked in leading positions of international Management Consultancies (Accenture, Arthur D. Little) with a focus on the energy markets.
In 2004 Madjid acquired TEAM CONSULT. As Managing Director of TEAM CONSULT he was involved in many engagements dealing with latest developments in the European gas market. He has recently participated in a number of price renegotiations and arbitration cases on both pipeline and LNG contracts.
Throughout his career Madjid has worked on a multitude of projects for companies and organisations of the national as well as the international energy industry. These include:
- Analysis of the North-West-European power generation market within a price revision
- Financial due dilligance of a power plant portfolio consisting of coal, oil, gas and nuclear plants.
- Coaching and mediation in many price revisions between producers, importers, wholesalers and distributors

- Market entry strategy for the German gas market for a european oil and gas company

Madjid is a regularly invited as speaker and chairman at national as well as international energy conferences such as Flame, Gastech, Platts or Euroforum
He regularly publishes applied research and expertise in scientific and trade journals (Argus, Heren, Platts, Energy Weekly, Energy Journal etc.)
